৪র্থ ব্যাচের প্রশিক্ষণ আগামী ২৩-২৫জুলাই, ২০২২ (সম্ভাব্য) তারিখে আয়োজন করা হয়েছে। আগ্রহীরা বিস্তারিত জানতে ০১৪০৪-০০৭৬২০ নাম্বারে কল করুন।
প্রশিক্ষণের বিষয়:
- গর্ভাবস্থায় ও প্রসূতিকালীন সময়ে মায়ের পুষ্টি
- শিশুকে সঠিক পদ্ধতিতে মায়ের দুধ খাওয়ানোর নিয়ম,
- শিশুকে মায়ের দুধ খাওয়ানোর উপকারীতা,গুড়ো দুধ খাওয়ানোর অপকারীতা, শিশুকে সফলভাবে মায়ের দুধ খাওয়ানোর নিয়মাবলী ,মায়ের দুধ খাওয়ানোর সময় মা ও শিশুর অবস্থান (Position )ও শিশুকে স্তনে লাগানোর পদ্ধতি (Attachment ),
- মায়ের দুধ চেপে/গেলে বের করার প্রয়োজনীয়তা ,পদ্ধতি ও সংরক্ষণ,
- অল্প ওজনের শিশুদের ক্যাঙ্গারু মাদার পদ্ধতিতে যত্ন ,
- মায়ের স্তনের সমস্যা ও সমাধানে করণীয়,
- বিশেষ অবস্থায়(ঠোঁট কাটা,জন্ডিস আক্রান্ত শিশু, করোনা আক্রান্ত মা ,হেপাটাইটিস বি ,এইডস ইত্যাদি) অবস্থায় মায়ের দুধ খাওয়াতে করণীয় ,
- ঘরের তৈরি পরিপূরক খাবার কী এবং শিশুকে পূর্ণ ৬ মাস (১৮০ দিন) বয়স থেকে মায়ের দুধের পাশাপাশি পরিপূরক খাবার খাওয়ানোর গুরুত্ব, খাবারের ধরন,পরিমাণ,ঘনত্ব, Responsive Feeding,
- সহজে প্রস্তুত করা যায় এমন কিছু পুষ্টিকর পরিপূরক খাবার প্রস্তুত প্রণালী ,
- শিশুদের খেতে না চাওয়ার কারণ ও তার সমাধান
- স্বাস্থ্যসম্মত উপায়ে শিশুর বাড়তি খাবার তৈরির কৌশল ,শিশুর অসুস্থতার সময়ে ও অসুস্থতার পর খাওয়ানো ,
- পুনরায় মাতৃদুগ্ধ কৌশল
- মায়ের দুধ উৎপাদন বৃদ্ধির জন্য করণীয় বিষয় সমূহ ।
- বিএমএস আইন-২০১৩ ও তার বিধিমালা-২০১৭
- শিশুর পুষ্টির অবস্থা নির্ণয় ও গ্রোথ মনিটরিং
