1. Lactation Management Center (LMC) service-

BBF has a group of concerned and devoted trained nurses and midwives on Oketani Massage Technique. Besides training, BBF has its own Lactation Management Center where mothers are receiving services daily with diverse difficulties during lactation period such as –

Lack of knowledge of Breastfeeding
Lack of confidence
Low milk flow
Poor attachment & Position
Engorgement of Breast
Flat / inverted nipple
Cracked / sore nipple
Breast pain
Blocked duct
Mastitis
Breast abscess
Baby can’t suck
Baby refuses the breast

2. Counseling on nutrition to pregnant and lactating mother

Counseling is one kind of interpersonal communication where one can help someone in taking his or her own decision.

BBF is giving counseling about diet to pregnant and lactating mothers on regular basis as in this period women need extra food and cares. BBF is building Confidence, giving Support to lactating mother though counselling and mothers become able to continue her breastfeeding until 2 years of age of her child.
